2.1. Wellness Services

Our retreat services include health consultations, spa treatments, guided activities, and group workshops. Booking a service confirms your understanding of applicable policies.

2.2. Digital Information Products

We offer ebooks, videos, and online courses designed for senior well-being. Access is granted upon enrollment confirmation.

2.3. Physical Goods

Our curated wellness kits, supplements, and branded merchandise are shipped to your provided address within published timeframes.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Wellness Services Refunds and Rescheduling

Guests may request a full refund by submitting a claim at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Requests after this period are not honored due to preparatory expenses. Alternatively, services may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, at no extra fee. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3.2. Digital Information Products

3.3. Physical Goods

You may send back unopened items within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs on sent-back items. Upon receipt and inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days or provide a replacement item of equal or greater value. Items damaged by improper handling are not eligible.
